At Urban Drive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

• The product shows signs of use or damage

• The return request is made after 30 days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
